Returns & Exchanges 

Since The J-Live Store does not accept returns for refunds, and credits. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. In the event of an error on our part, send us an email with details and we will make every effort to correct it. 

Shipping & Delivery:

The J-Live Store uses US Priority Mail for domestic and international shipping. Order will be shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of payment. Please Allow 5-10 Business Days for Domestic Orders. Please Allow 10-15 business Days for International Orders.
